HOW DOES REALIFESPANISH WORK?

A day of study with Realifespanish is divided into two key parts. These two components are essential for developing your Spanish skills while also providing you with the grammatical and pronunciation foundations to learn additional languages and deepen your understanding of English at the same time.

Lessons
The lessons cover everything related to understanding grammar, forming sentences, practicing them, and immersing yourself in everyday phrases as a native speaker would, in various contexts. That’s why it’s crucial to review them daily, this helps transfer the information from your short-term memory to your long-term memory. Don’t worry, we always include reviews to ensure everything stays clear.
Tasks
Here, we focus on the other 50% that’s vital for language learning. This half emphasizes vocabulary, sound recognition, pronunciation, and practicing these skills through engaging reading exercises. This way, you’ll learn complete, complex sentences tailored to different real-life contexts you’ll encounter. It’s also incredibly important to practice daily and apply this knowledge even in your free time to see faster results.
OUR LESSONS ARE DIVIDED IN:
1. Easy Grammar
You’ll watch a 15 minute video about Easy Grammar, which is a dynamic and simple-to-understand approach to grammar. The method uses repetition and evaluation in a way that eliminates the need to take notes. As you can see in the sample video above that talks about “what is an interjection?” try to answer the questions once you have awatched the video.
2. Structure Practice
Now 15 minutes on Structure Practice, a short conversation videos that reinforce different conjugations. These are oral exercises, never written, mimicking the natural process of a child who learns how to speak before writing. Check out a quick sample in the video above.
3. Slang Practice
The last part of Lessons is a 15 minute oral practice with everyday language. These are informal conversation exercises or common street slang that traditional institutes typically don’t teach but are essential for comfortable communication. Let’s do a short practice together with the video above.
Up to this point, you’ve completed the daily lesson. It will take you approximately 50 minutes to finish all the oral practices.

OUR TASKS ARE DIVIDED IN:
4. Enrich Your Vocabulary
You’ll see how to expand your vocabulary through translation. Each day, you’ll translate a fun story, which will take between 20 and 50 minutes depending on your Spanish level. You’ll have the support of a powerful translator. For example, in this San Andrés story, let’s say you don’t know a word with just one click, the sentence context will appear with a color-coded system to reinforce conjugations. Past tense verbs will be green, present tense pink, and future tense yellow.
5. GYM Mouth
With these exercises, you’ll learn each sound in Spanish, compared alongside English sounds to give you a better reference point when practicing your Spanish. Beyond the sounds, we’ll provide exercises on blending them so that, over time, you can pronounce words and then full sentences. Once you master pronouncing everything with Spanish sounds, you’ll speak fluently, like a native Spanish speaker. After all, that’s how children learn their native languages.
6. Work Outs
Here, you’ll put everything you’ve learned from the tasks into practice. We’ll revisit the stories you worked on in “Enrich Your Vocabulary,” incorporating the sounds and pronunciation from GYM Mouth. You’ll also hear a native Spanish speaker saying the stories, allowing you to refine your pronunciation and gain confidence in how you say certain words.
We recommend, whenever possible, completing both processes on the same day: for example, Day 1 “Lesson 1 & Task 1;” Day 2 “Lesson 2 & Task 2;” and so on. Keep in mind that the first few days you will practice “basic level”, but as the days go by, the level gradually increases.
